Born and raised in Chicago, I have a background in architecture and real estate through which I've developed a keen eye for my surroundings and a rigorous pursuit of the visual story. My photography spans a continuum between structured challenges (C. London's 52 Weeks of Photography & the 52Frames Challenge) and the spontaneous thrill of a passing instant caught on camera.

Often I return to familiar corners of my life, but visually examine them in an entirely new way. I also seek encounters with strangers and convey human connections. In pursuing these seemingly divergent paths, I uncover interesting narratives in places, faces, and interactions that are often overlooked, while also capturing truthful glimpses of life's most temporary and beautiful moments.
